I don't actually understand this Haiku, but that's just me.Talking about donuts, the US has one of the best tasting donuts I have ever had! Wifey too, for that matter. We have donuts here in Singapore, but somehow lacked that indescribable taste. Wifey and I will never get to figure this out. This has made me thinking about those donuts again! Yikes!
I do understand this Haiku, only because I've experienced Tim Horton. We have Krispy Kreme doughnuts that must be experienced while they are hot. Wow, heavenly. In my case though I should just apply them directly to my hips!
Hi Imran, Hi Daisy. Thanks for your comments. I don't actually eat donuts, but I love bagels. I just marvelled (as I walked into the restaurant) at the anxious faces behind the wheels of those cars at 8:30 in the morning. It's like they had to have a donut right now OR ELSE! People lining up is funny anyway, people lining up in their cars strikes me as borderline ridiculous. Imran, I'm not sure what it is about American/Canadian donuts but I have heard they are the best. Daisy, we got Krispy Kreme a few years ago. They are duking it out with Horton's for the best in Canada now.mp
