Yay Carol! Actually getting up and doing it is the hardest part. I used to talk myself into swimming by saying that all I had to do was drive to the pool, then I could go home. But when I got there I thought it would be stupid to just go home so I swam every time. Congratulations on overcoming inertia. I hope you are feeling zestful! mp thumpathumpathumpa

I've been going to the fieldhouse next to my job the last few weeks. I think it's been a success so far, but we shall see come September...
